Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with the Huawei team as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client requirements and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and Huawei.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and ensuring timely proposal submissions.
- Coordinate service delivery, ensuring all project activities meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor SLAs, track performance, and address any service gaps proactively.
- Handle invoicing activities, including preparation, verification, and timely submission of monthly bills.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client interactions and project progress.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably with Huawei or in the telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
