Key Account Manager (Huawei Project)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with the Huawei team as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and Huawei.
  • Support business development activities by identifying opportunities and ensuring timely proposal submissions.
  • Coordinate service delivery, ensuring all project activities meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor SLAs, track performance, and address any service gaps proactively.
  • Handle invoicing activities, including preparation, verification, and timely submission of monthly bills.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to client interactions and project progress.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven experience managing key accounts, preferably with Huawei or in the telecom industry.
  • Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing processes, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
