Job Title : Key Account Manager KSA – Injectable Aesthetics
Location : Riyadh
Job Description
The Key Account Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive technical and scientific support to key accounts, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory standards. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and delivering expert advice on the application and integration of products and services.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their technical and scientific needs.
  • Technical Support: provide expert technical support and advice to clients on the usage and benefits of the company's products and services.
  • Problem Solving: act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Training and Development: conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and effective use of products.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Support: ensure all activities are compliant with local regulations and internal policies.
  • Data Management: maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support provided, utilizing the company’s CRM system.
  • Adhere to related laws, regulations, Galderma Code of Ethics, and any other applicable Codes and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance to Galderma policies and procedures
  • Ensure excellent medical knowledge related to his/her disease area and product.
  • Consistently have an integrated dermatology strategy mindset and utilize in day to day roles & responsibilities in current role.
Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Pharmacy, or equivalent experience/qualification
  • Saudi National is mandatory
  • English fluency and Arabic speaking is mandatory
  • Solid experience in strategic key account management within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or injectable aesthetics, managing large, multi-clinic accounts.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute annual key account growth plans, including revenue targets, penetration objectives, share development, and clinic-level prioritization.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience leading negotiations, including pricing, annual agreements and partnership frameworks.
  • Ability to drive sustainable growth within accounts through penetration, consumption, SKU expansion, and structured engagement models.
  • Demonstrated experience in cross-functional leadership, aligning sales, marketing, and medical/training teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action, including forecasting, performance tracking, opportunity identification, and competitor monitoring.
  • Consistent field leadership presence, including joint customer visits and engagement with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with clear articulation of strategy, performance, and plans.
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning and execution, translating account strategy into disciplined field execution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
