Key Account Manager Intern

Overview:

PVAR Services is an end-to-end recruitment agency specializing in providing comprehensive hiring solutions across industries. We partner with clients to deliver efficient and impactful talent acquisition services, helping them build high-performing teams. We are looking for a motivated Key Account Management (KAM) Intern to join our team and support client relations and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing client accounts and understanding their hiring requirements.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery on mandates.
• Support in maintaining candidate pipelines and tracking recruitment processes.
• Work on reports, dashboards, and documentation related to client hiring activities.
• Communicate with candidates and clients under guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to process improvement and client satisfaction initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or client relationship management.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
