We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality medical apparel, serving hospitals, medical centers, pharmacies, and laboratories. We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage strategic clients, strengthen relationships, and drive sustainable sales growth.
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for strategic clients, responsible for developing long-term relationships, negotiating major contracts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery that meets client expectations while achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1️ Strategic Account Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the medical sector (hospitals, clinics, labs, suppliers, pharmacies).
- Monitor account performance daily to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Understand each client’s specific needs, including materials, sizes, packaging, and other special requirements.
2️ Sales & Order Management
- Receive client orders and accurately convert them into production requests.
- Prepare professional quotations based on specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor orders from approval to delivery, ensuring quality and compliance with medical standards.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
3️ Financial Management & Collections
- Manage client accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Issue and review invoices accurately and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and outstanding payments for management.
4️ Negotiation & Sales Target Achievement
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and discounts to maximize company profit.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor competitors’ activity and recommend product or pricing improvements.
5️ Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify new clients and opportunities to expand the company’s market share.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance product lines based on market trends and client demands.
- Participate in medical exhibitions and sector events to enhance company presence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in medical apparel manufacturing (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of medical-grade materials and production processes.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, ERP systems (if applicable).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities; able to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license (if field visits are required).
