Job Specification:

▪ Manage a set of suppliers and work closely to help them grow their business on Firstcry.com through new product launches, promotions, insights on trends etc

▪ Assist the Marketplace Manager to identify product and price point gaps and identify relevant suppliers

▪ New seller on boarding – explaining business model, commission negotiations and onsite merchandising

▪ Manage Day to Day operations to ensure timely order fulfillment, reconciliation of payments etc

▪ Curate product listings based on customer feedback related to quality, timelines & delivery experience

▪ Weekly Sales Reporting and take corrective action to achieve the set goals

▪ Onsite Listings Management along with check on best seller and poor seller

▪ Monthly Seller review to identify areas of improvement and plan for the coming months to achieve the set goals Desired Skills and Competencies

▪ Graduate with min 2 years experience in apparel.

▪ Prior experience in Account Management, Business Development

▪ Strong analytical and reporting skills Associated Behaviors

▪ Excellent Communication Skills, Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

▪ Strong sense of ownership, intense in achieving results

▪ Excellent relationship building skills
