  • If you have a bachelor's or master's degree from a relevant university,
  • If you have at least 10 years of experience in the organized/modern food sector,
  • If you have sales experience, preferably with Migros/Carrefour customers,
  • If you are a team player,
  • If you have strong communication skills,
  • If you are an analytical and results-oriented thinker,
  • If you have strong reporting skills,
  • If you are fluent in English,
  • If you are open to new ideas and applications based on changing market needs,

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • To achieve the company's sales, cost, and profitability targets for the customers for whom they are responsible (Migros, Carrefour, BTT, Metro).
  • To ensure that customers have the ideal product list and launch new products, and to support the existing product list with maximum activity within the available budget.
  • To sign annual trade framework agreements with customers on behalf of the company and monitor their performance. To monitor quarterly and monthly activity plans, as well as special periods and activities such as holidays and back-to-school.
  • To conduct regular purchasing meetings and maintain regular communication with customers through mutual business summaries.
  • To plan activities to improve product shelf and aisle share and positioning.
  • To develop a diverse perspective to evaluate market and customer opportunity areas.
  • To ensure communication and information flow with other departments within the company (Logistics, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance).
