Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
    • Own and manage relationships with key modern trade accounts (e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, Spinneys, Choithrams, etc.)
    • Negotiate annual trade terms, joint business plans, and promotional calendars
    • Ensure timely execution of trade agreements and promotional activities
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market share, and category trends
    • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximize revenue
  • Category Development:
    • Collaborate with category and brand teams to drive visibility and shelf presence
    • Implement planograms, merchandising standards, and in-store activations
    • Leverage consumer insights to optimize product assortment and pricing
  • Forecasting & Inventory Management:
    • Work closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability
    • Minimize out-of-stock situations and optimize inventory turnover
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Liaise with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
    • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership
