Key Account Manager / Project Manager

Position: Project/Key Account Manager – Retail Client Management (Agency experience is Mandatory)
Location: Karachi & Lahore
Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking to hire a Project Manager for managing retail industry clients and key accounts. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications & requirements:-

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Client Servicing, Retention, or Key Account Management.

Industry Exposure:

Experience in handling retail industry clients will be preferred.

Skills Required:

• Agency experience is Mandatory.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent email drafting and communication skills.
• Experience in client retention and key account management.-Ability to manage
• multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with retail clients and key accounts.
• Handle client communication through emails, meetings, and calls.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
