Key Account Manager - Q Commerce/ HORECA

At the intersection of speed, service, and strategy lies the role of the Key Account Manager – Q-Commerce & HoReCa . In this dynamic position, you’ll manage two of the most fast-paced and high-impact business segments: Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) .


In the Q-Commerce world , every second counts. You’ll lead key relationships with top delivery platforms, optimize digital storefronts, and ensure our products are just a few taps away from the customer — fresh, fast, and flawless.


On the HoReCa side , it’s all about building deep partnerships with hospitality leaders. You’ll craft tailored solutions, grow strategic accounts, and help position our brand as a trusted partner in kitchens across the country.

Lychee's offering has evolved across our four ever growing sales channels; branches, online, HORECA & modern trade, boasting our diverse product portfolio. From salads, wraps, warm bowls & natural juices to homemade granola, protein bars and of course our authentic Greek yogurt.


What will you be doing?


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Q-commerce segment and the HoReCa sector to expand the company's reach and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HoReCa clients and Q-commerce platforms to foster long-term collaboration and repeat business.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies in both sectors to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic actions.
  • Present tailored proposals and pitches to on-demand delivery platforms, dark stores, and HoReCa operators that align with their business needs and our offerings.
  • Conduct regular field visits and virtual check-ins with partners to ensure service excellence and gather feedback for improvement.
  • Lead contract negotiations and secure win-win agreements with key accounts across Q-commerce platforms and HoReCa partners.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and post-sale support for all clients, with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing to create sector-specific promotional campaigns, product bundles, or limited-time offers designed for Q-commerce apps and HoReCa partners.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, platform visibility, and client engagement; report regularly on KPIs and provide strategic insights for optimization.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital commerce tools, trends in rapid delivery, and innovations in the hospitality supply chain to maintain a competitive edge.


What are we looking for?

  • Holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience; Preferably Sales HORECA or Q Commerce experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility in conducting sales visits
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Holding a valid driver's license and own a car for sales visits
