Hiring: Key Account Manager | Specialty Retail (UAE)
We are supporting the search for a
Key Account Manager
to drive and scale relationships across specialty retail channels for a leading consumer distribution business in the UAE.
This is a high-impact role focused on managing key retail partnerships, protecting margins, and driving sustainable growth across premium channels.
Key Focus Areas:

Drive growth across specialty retail accounts (baby stores, pharmacies, lifestyle retailers)

Manage key customer relationships and lead commercial negotiations

Own pricing, promotions, and joint business planning (JBPs)

Strengthen in-store execution, visibility, and product placement

Protect margins while responding to retailer pressure

Identify new retail partners and expand channel presence
Ideal Profile:

Key Account Manager within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail distribution
-
Strong experience working with
specialty retail channels
(non-negotiable)

Proven ability to manage pricing, promotions, and margin discussions

Commercially strong with confidence to manage buyer-level relationships

Experience in baby care, beauty, or premium/lifestyle categories is preferred
