Company Overview

We are a fast-growing consumer electronics brand expanding our presence across major retail channels. We are seeking a driven and strategic Key Account Manager / Retail Manager to manage hypermarket key accounts and strengthen our competitive presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Act as primary business contact for major hypermarket retail partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and senior decision-makers
  • Analyze retailer category strategies and shopper behaviors to drive tailored product success

2️ Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts
  • Maximize product listings, category share, and in-store activations
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional plans to optimize profitability

3️ Account Planning & Execution

  • Lead execution of in-store marketing, displays, and seasonal promotions
  • Monitor and improve sell-through and sell-out performance
  • Ensure competitive shelf share and impactful product placement

4️ Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track market & competitor trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular brand performance reviews using 4P methodology
  • Lead PSI Management across weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
  • Set strategies to expand brand market share in key retail channels

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Consumer Electronics and Key Account Channel Management
  • Experience with major hypermarket retailers (e.g., Carrefour, Lulu, etc.) is an advantage
  • Strong analytical ability with a proactive and positive mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English + Local Arabic
  • Strong team leadership—supporting shared success while influencing performance
