We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our strategic clients. This role involves managing key relationships, driving client satisfaction and ensuring seamless execution of projects from inquiry to delivery through effective sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with key clients to achieve business objectives and increase sales volumes.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Production, Logistics, etc.) to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals (LPOs), and oversee job execution through completion and invoicing.
- Carry out effective sales coordination to meet company goals and maintain strong interdepartmental collaboration.
- Ensure top-level customer service, problem resolution, and adherence to company policies and SOPs.
Qualifications & Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in client servicing/account management, within an advertising-production house.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/Data Management software.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
