Sozio, a global fragrance house with more than 260 years of heritage, is strengthening its footprint in the Middle East.

We are seeking a Key Account Manager, based in Dubai or Saudi Arabia, to drive growth and build long-term partnerships in the Saudi market.


Your mission

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of strategic clients in Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Home Care, and Hygiene.
  • Collaborate with creative and technical teams to deliver tailor-made fragrance solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and customer insights to anticipate needs and ensure best-in-class service.
  • Represent Sozio at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Provide regular business updates and pipeline reports to management.


Your profile


  • Proven track record in sales or account management within fragrances, cosmetics, or related industries.
  • Strong business acumen with deep knowledge of the Saudi market and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently while driving results.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Team player who can collaborate across creative, technical, and operational functions.
