About the Role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Key Account Manager – Service Sales to drive our Services business across Power and Digital Power portfolios for Key Accounts in the North Region of India. This role is critical in achieving KPIs such as recurring services, digital services, modernization (MV/LV & DP), and sustainability solutions at the C-level.


If you have experience in revamping electrical infrastructure (ACBs, VCBs, Numerical Relays, ATSs), power services, and digital offerings, and can recommend the right solutions to customers, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Digital Solutions: Promote and sell Schneider Electric’s digital service offerings to Key Accounts.
  • Focus Consulting Business: Expand consulting and audit business by leveraging sustainability solutions.
  • Modernization & Circularity: Identify opportunities for modernization and propose tailored solutions.
  • Increase Recurring Revenue: Grow AMC, OTC, and other service agreements.
  • C-Level Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives on sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Account Management: Own end-to-end relationships with assigned Key Accounts.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide solutions for site modifications, upgrades, and digital offers.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate data in bFO (Salesforce) and track KPIs.


Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a reputed institute.
  • 5+ years of high-achievement sales experience in services, solutions, or equipment sales.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling to C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience in digital solutions, sustainability, and recurring revenue models (AMC/OTC).
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50% within North Region).
