Key Account Manager - L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty - Jeddah
A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be the driving force for the commercial success of our L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty brands within assigned retail partners in the West Region. You will be responsible for growing our market share and brand equity by managing key regional retail partnerships and ensuring a superior dermo-cosmetic experience for consumers.
In this role, you will:- Drive Commercial Growth: Implement annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for your accounts, driving sell-in and monitoring sell-out performance to achieve turnover goals. You will lead regional negotiations for commercial terms, secondary visibility, and premium in-store space and location.
- Manage Channel Partnerships: Serve as the primary contact for Area and Store Managers of our retail partners. Through frequent store visits, you will ensure perfect execution of brand standards and alignment with the national channel strategy.
- Lead Retail Excellence: Execute high-impact product launches and promotional calendars (including sampling, GWP, and events). You will ensure "Perfect Store" standards are met, from planogram compliance to tester availability and high-quality visual merchandising.
- Leverage Analytics & Performance: Utilize retail data (sell-out, traffic, conversion) to track performance, monitor stock health, and provide accurate sales forecasts. You will also manage the regional trade investment budget to ensure a measurable ROI on all activities.
We Are Looking For

- Retail Excellence: You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving perfect in-store execution.
To succeed, you will need 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Retail Sales within the Beauty, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industry in Saudi Arabia. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, strong familiarity with the West Region retail landscape (Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah) and local consumer behavior, and fluency in both Arabic and English are mandatory.
