Role Overview
We are looking for a strong Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and grow strategic logistics supplier relationships. The role involves driving commercial growth, improving supplier performance, ensuring operational alignment, and enhancing long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management & Supplier Engagement
• Manage key supplier accounts and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Implement supplier engagement plans aligned with business strategy.
• Drive supplier collaboration to improve service quality, innovation & delivery.

Commercial Growth

• Identify and convert supplier-driven business opportunities.
• Lead negotiations and secure favourable commercial terms.
• Support revenue growth through supplier partnership programs.

Performance & Market Analysis

• Monitor supplier performance across regions (sales, margins, service KPIs).
• Analyse pipeline, trends and market dynamics for better decision-making.
• Ensure supplier strategies support multi-region growth plans.

Financial & Operational Excellence

• Achieve supplier-related revenue targets and margin improvements.
• Secure rebates, incentives, and value-added agreements.
• Work with Finance, Operations, HR & IT to ensure alignment.

Leadership & Coordination

• Support senior leadership on strategic supplier initiatives.
• Guide junior team members on supplier management practices.
• Maintain strong internal stakeholder management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or key account management.
• Proven experience handling large strategic accounts/suppliers.
• Strong negotiation, communication & stakeholder management skills.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, 3PL/4PL, and market dynamics.
• Graduate/PG in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
