Key Account Sales Specialist

We are currently looking for a Key Account Sales Specialist to join our growing team in İzmir.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key accounts and strategic customers , ensuring long-term business partnerships
  • Take ownership of sales, marketing, and promotion of Zoomlion construction machinery (piling equipment, excavators, mobile cranes, tower cranes, concrete pumps, etc.) within assigned key accounts
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and meet defined KPIs
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand customer portfolio
  • Conduct regular visits and maintain strong engagement with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement account strategies aligned with overall sales objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and coordinating sales actions accordingly
  • Support clients in product adaptation processes and provide solution-oriented approaches
  • Collaborate with internal teams and report regularly to the line manager
  • Contribute to brand awareness and positioning through effective communication and customer engagement


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in construction machinery or heavy equipment industries
  • Proven experience in key account management or strategic customer handling
  • Good command of English is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B) and active driving skills
  • No restrictions for domestic and international travel
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship management capabilities
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • (For male candidates) Military service completed or deferred for at least 2 years
