Key Account Specialist - End User

Position Title: Key Account Specialist - End User

The Job

The Key Account Specialist will support and generate DEWALT & STANLEY sales from Channel Partners in the End User business in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain. Responsibilities include setting and meeting sales targets for a specific territory, managing commercial objectives, developing communication strategies, managing operational requirements, presenting to key accounts, exploring new distribution channels, and implementing actions based on market requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct product demonstrations & promotions, brand management, and maintain merchandising standards.
  • Develop, manage, and implement sales projects to acquire customers, brand and POS communication across all channels.
  • Engage with Key Accounts in construction and Oil & Gas to drive DEWALT market share.
  • Focus on key projects with effective coverage of all segments, ensure category wise penetration and close rate contracts with service plans.
  • Propose value added solutions via demonstrations for end user applications.
  • Prepare a go to strategy for DEWALT in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain to market lead the brand.
  • Engage SBD management for high potential account meetings.
  • Provide product/safety training & job site events with end users.
  • Collaborate on distributor sales force training, inventory management, market coverage, and bi weekly reviews.
  • Introduce new product introductions (NPIs) into the market.
  • Conduct market research on new products and communicate customer feedback to marketing.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, sales, or marketing with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales distribution, channel execution, and administration.
  • Excellent customer focus and key account management skills; strong relationship building with clients at all levels.
  • Experience in planning sales promotions, activations, and merchandising.
  • Commercial awareness to identify market opportunities and pursue revenue growth.
  • Planning & organization: ability to manage multiple tasks and track customer and product information.
  • Communication skills: proficient in conveying information to customers, suppliers, and team members.
  • Teamwork: ability to collaborate on events, blitzes, and training.
  • Coordination skills: manage and motivate other functions (sales, supply chain) to meet targets.
  • Computer skills: generate reports, analyze marketing metrics, extract data, and use e commerce / social media for engagement.
  • High drive, energy, enthusiasm, determination, and integrity.
