Key Account Supervisor – E-commerce

  • Manage and optimize the company’s profiles on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, or other relevant marketplaces).
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility, rankings, and sales performance online.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, accurate listings, and compelling content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives and key account stakeholders.
  • Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and compliance with platform guidelines and regulations for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
  • Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales strategies to boost online revenue.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints on e-commerce platforms to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and actionable insights to senior management.
