Role Summary

The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with the company’s clients. The role requires a general understanding of technology and involves managing day-to-day business operations, anticipating client needs, and providing proactive, strategic support to ensure mutual growth and client satisfaction

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Achieve company objectives by nurturing post-sales client relationships and converting leads into profitable business opportunities.
  • Prepare post-sales business proposals and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with clients, ensuring alignment on revenue targets and destination pricing.
  • Monitor account balances, ensure timely payments, and coordinate closely with the finance department.
  • Track the daily performance of key accounts and prepare reports to optimize inbound and outbound traffic.
  • Issue customer rates and update key account rate offerings in the system.
  • Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC) to resolve technical issues, manage provisioning and traffic routing, and prioritize customer complaint resolution.
  • Support the process of signing agreements and onboarding new partners.

Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics from an accredited institution.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
