Job Purpose:
The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for driving device sales growth across
organized retail chains, independent retailers, and van sales channels
. The role focuses on building strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring product availability, executing promotions, and achieving sales and distribution targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories and key accounts.

Drive sell-in and sell-out of devices across all retail formats.

Identify growth opportunities and expand product penetration.
Key Account Management

Manage relationships with major organized retailers and strategic independent stores.

Negotiate listings, shelf space, and in-store visibility.

Ensure compliance with agreed commercial terms.
Channel Execution (Retail & Van Sales)

Plan and execute daily/weekly routes for independent retailers and van sales.
-
Ensure optimal stock levels and product mix at each outlet.

Support van sales team with promotions, training, and market intelligence.
Merchandising & Visibility

Ensure proper display of devices, demo units, and POS materials.

Monitor planogram compliance and brand presence.

Coordinate with promoters/merchandisers where applicable.
Promotions & Activations

Implement trade promotions, bundle offers, and product launches.

Track promotion effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Reporting & Market Intelligence

Submit daily and weekly sales reports.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and new launches.

Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
-
2–5 years of experience in FMCG or consumer electronics sales

Experience handling organized retail and field sales is preferred

Valid driving license
