Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of a Key Accounts Executive:

As a Key Account Executive in the Food Solutions department, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts within the food service industry. You will develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies, and other food service establishments. You will be the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their satisfaction is maintained. Your role will involve understanding the unique requirements of each account and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions to deliver exceptional service.

Things you will be doing for the Business:

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their advocate within the company
  • Identify new business opportunities, upsell products/services, and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients and the internal team
  • Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and growth opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as product development, marketing, and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market analysis


What we are looking for in you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, or business development within the food service industry. Prior experience dealing with key accounts is preferred.
