Job Summary

Key Accounts Executive is responsible for managing Foodservice accounts, driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. The incumbent plays a key role in meeting sales targets, promoting GMG's product offerings, analyzing sales performance, monitoring KPIs, generating insights for commercial decisions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the assigned Food Service accounts. This role is central to GMG's expansion strategy and commitment to delivering exceptional service in the consumer market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against targets by channel and customer, and analyze sell in/sell out trends, SKU contribution and customer profitability.
  • Prepare dashboards for commercial reviews and business planning; identify risks, opportunities and trends across product lines and regions, and support annual and quarterly planning through historical data analysis.
  • Consolidate forecasts from sales, marketing and trade marketing teams, maintain SKU level forecast files and communicate execution priorities and activation calendars to the field force.
  • Monitor visibility KPIs, planogram compliance and promotional execution; collect field data to validate performance and align with trade marketing on POSM usage and brand compliance.
  • Track product availability and SKU level distribution using internal and third party data; support gap closing actions by flagging under performing clients or regions and analyze listing compliance to identify lost distribution opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships and initiate listings for new product developments or price increases.

Functional / Technical Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination abilities, with a solid grasp of Food Service execution dynamics and seasonal promotional trends.
  • Familiarity with field audit and compliance tracking tools is advantageous, along with a sharp commercial mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential for effective performance tracking and reporting.
  • Prior experience in Food Service or HORECA analytics is preferred, supporting the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights across commercial functions.
