Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned IMT accounts (order booking, follow-ups, and stock availability).
  • Execute trade marketing plans, promotions, and visibility placements.
  • Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with store managers and buying teams.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and merchandising teams for timely execution.
  • Track competitor activities and share market insights.
  • Ensure compliance with agreements, price listings, and planograms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or key accounts (preferably IMT/MT).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
