National Key Account Executive - JJVC India (ACUVUE Contact Lenses)

PG23 (Eligible for sales incentive)

Job Description:

Key Account Executive for Johnson & Johnson Vision Care India

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the ACUVUE business at a set of National Key Accounts. National Key Accounts are optical store chains which have a pan India presence. This position will serve as the category expert of the National Key Accounts and will be responsible for shaping and growing the contact lenses and ACUVUE business in the assigned National Key Accounts in a compliant and sustainable manner

This role will report to the National Key Account Manager. This role will be eligible for sales incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve NKA store level target

  • Responsible to shape and grow contact lenses as a category and the ACUVUE business in the account

  • Independently Drive in store / regional activations with NKAs in the assigned territory in line with overall strategy aligned with NKA HO

  • Build in store connect with NKA stores through regular store visits, product messaging & training

  • Responsible for driving sell in sales (sales from distributor to the Key Account HO / central warehouse) for select NKAs

  • Ensure implementation of key strategy in relevant stores

  • Visit priority stores of KA in territory & ensure stock + trial availability

  • Work with KAM team to resolve any issues being highlighted by stores

  • Regular product messaging and product refreshers with ECPs.

  • Collaborating with PD team to drive training programs

  • Manage outsourced team mapped to key accounts in assigned territory

  • Adherence to J&J compliance and policies

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Experience in Optical industry is an added advantage.

Experience and Skills:

Min 2 – 3 years experience with proven success track record in optometry/optical industry Experience in sales in FMCH/ FMCG

Fluent communication skills in English & Hindi
