Job Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication.

Revenue Growth:

  • Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

Negotiation & Contracts:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and terms.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to deliver excellent service.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 4+ years in key account management, preferably in the electronic appliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
