Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication.
Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
Negotiation & Contracts:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and terms.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Provide insights to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain) to deliver excellent service.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account status updates to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years in key account management, preferably in the electronic appliances.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
