Position: Manager – Key Accounts (Female)
Location: EFRAC Corporate Office, Rajarhat, Kolkata

Experience: 12–15 years
Compensation: Up to ₹10 LPA (commensurate with experience and profile)

Role Overview

EFRAC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager – Key Accounts to lead B2B corporate sales initiatives, drive lead generation, and manage strategic client relationships. The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead target-oriented B2B sales and lead generation activities.
  • Manage and grow key corporate accounts, ensuring long-term client retention.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Travel to client locations as required for business development and relationship management.

Candidate Profile

  • 12–15 years of proven experience in B2B corporate sales and client management.
  • Preferred industry exposure: Telecom, Hospitality, or Healthcare.
  • Graduate/Post Graduate qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Mature, stable professional profile with leadership presence.
  • Willingness to travel for business requirements.
