Job Purpose:

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager with extensive experience in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sales The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions tailored to the clients’ needs

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1 Client Relationship Management• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients• Act as the main point of contact for client escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction• Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to deliver customized solutions2 Sales and Business Development• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell ELV and ICT solutions• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close high-value deals• Drive revenue growth by acquiring new key accounts3 Technical and Solution Expertise• Provide clients with expert knowledge on ELV systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, etc) and ICT solutions (structured cabling, networking, and data center solutions)• Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to create comprehensive proposals and presentations4 Market and Industry Analysis• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in the ELV and ICT sectors• Provide market feedback to management for strategic planning and product development5 Project Coordination• Work closely with internal teams (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure project delivery and client satisfaction• Monitor project timelines and budgets for key accounts6 Reporting and Forecasting• Track and report on key account performance, including sales, profitability, and customer retention• Provide regular updates on sales forecasts and pipeline progress to senior management

Job Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience working with large-scale projects in construction, real estate, or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
  • Certification in ELV/ICT solutions (eg, CCNA, PMP, or similar) is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ELV and ICT sales, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts
  • In-depth knowledge of ELV systems (eg, CCTV, access control, fire alarm) and ICT infrastructure (eg, structured cabling, networking, data centers)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic plans for account growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
