Key Accounts Manager - US process - Trivandrum

Role Overview:
At Ecorgy Solutions, we’re transforming the way patient care is provided in the US Healthcare industry. To support our US healthcare operations, we are on a talent hunt for passionate Key Accounts Manager to drive exceptional patient care and elevate our service delivery to the new levels. You’ll wield your analytical prowess and communication skills to manage stakeholders, clients, and a dedicated clinical team. Your responsibility will be to ensure high-quality service delivery while fostering robust client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery, including scheduling, visits and follow-ups.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service coordination.
• Ensure service SLAs, compliance protocols, and quality benchmarks are met consistently.
• Oversee task allocation, tracking, and reporting to optimize efficiency.
• Handle real-time issues or escalations with professionalism and timely resolution.
• Maintain reports to track performance and service delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, patient support, clinical teams) for seamless coordination.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and clinician engagement.

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• 4-8 years of relevant work experience in international projects/client handling.
• Excellent English communication and articulation skills are essential.
• Prior experience in Healthcare set up is an advantage
• Willing to work in night shift (9: 30PM to 6:30 AM) from our office premises at Elippode, Trivandrum.
• Immediate joiners and from Trivandrum location preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
