Our client, a global beverage company, is seeking a Key Accounts Specialists - HORECA for various locations in the UAE. **Position:** Key Accounts Specialist– HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering)

**Locations:** Dubai OR Abu Dhabi/Al Ain OR Sharjah/Northern Emirates

**Salary:** AED 15,000 + Commission + Bonus

**Industry:** Food & Beverage (Energy Drinks/Carbonated Drinks)

**Experience Required:** Minimum 3-5 years

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and expand a portfolio of key HORECA accounts, serving as the primary contact for decision-makers like F&B Directors and Procurement Managers.

- Develop and execute account-specific business strategies to meet volume, value, and profitability goals.

- Cultivate enduring partnerships by grasping customer requirements, offering customized solutions, and ensuring exceptional service.

- Lead commercial negotiations, contract agreements, and pricing discussions.

- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align objectives, tackle challenges, and explore growth opportunities.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic choices.

- Supervise product availability, quality standards, and brand visibility in all HORECA outlets.

- Propel the implementation of new product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations in coordination with marketing teams.

- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and customer interactions.

**Job Requirements:**

- 3-5 years of key account management experience in the beverage industry, focusing on HORECA.

- Well-established network and comprehensive knowledge of the UAE HORECA market.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
