- Complaint management
- Ticket handling
- Respond to client's queries via WhatsApp, calls, and emails
- Working on forcefully open, refund, and operational queries
- Strong relationship building with clients & close inter departmental coordination for timely resolutions
- Data management / daily activity reports

- Proficiency in coordination & client handling is required
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
