About the Role

looking for a Senior Data Operator (KPO) to manage daily ERP data entry, sales reconciliations, and report generation.
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good command of Excel or ERP software (preferably Odoo), and experience handling distribution data including sales, purchase, and stock transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily sales orders, purchase orders, inventory movements, and market receipts in the ERP system.
• Maintain and reconcile sales invoices, dispatch records, and returns.
• Ensure accurate posting of discounts, schemes, and customer collections.
• Prepare and submit daily day-close reports (sales, receipts, stock movement).
• Reconcile sales, warehouse, and accounts reports to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for resolving data mismatches.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum B.Com / Intermediate (commerce background preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in FMCG or distribution company data entry / ERP operations.
• Skills Required:
• ERP or accounting software
• MS Excel & data reconciliation
• Understanding of sales and inventory workflows

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
