Sales Operation Officer - Distribution

About the Role
A growing FMCG distribution company based in Lahore, is looking for a Senior Data Operator (KPO) to manage daily ERP data entry, sales reconciliations, and report generation. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good command of Excel or ERP software (preferably Odoo), and experience handling distribution data including sales, purchase, and stock transactions.

Enter daily sales orders, purchase orders, inventory movements, and market receipts in the ERP system.
Maintain and reconcile sales invoices, dispatch records, and returns.
Ensure accurate posting of discounts, schemes, and customer collections.
Prepare and submit daily day-close reports (sales, receipts, stock movement).
Reconcile sales, warehouse, and accounts reports to ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams for resolving data mismatches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
