Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute daily procurement operations including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
  • Identify and evaluate potential vendors/suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve the best value for the company.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Admin, Finance, Operations, etc.) for timely material and service requirements.
  • Ensure all purchases comply with approved policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock replenishment.
  • Prepare comparative statements, purchase summaries, and procurement reports.
  • Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to quality, quantity, or delays.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and performance assessments.
  • Maintain complete records of all procurement-related documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor management.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
