Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily procurement operations including sourcing, quotations, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors/suppliers and maintain an updated supplier database.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve the best value for the company.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Admin, Finance, Operations, etc.) for timely material and service requirements.
- Ensure all purchases comply with approved policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse for stock replenishment.
- Prepare comparative statements, purchase summaries, and procurement reports.
- Track deliveries and resolve any issues related to quality, quantity, or delays.
- Assist in vendor evaluation and performance assessments.
- Maintain complete records of all procurement-related documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, and vendor management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
