Assistant Manager Procurement

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and presentable Assistant Manager Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all procurement activities, ensuring efficient purchasing processes, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and achieving cost effectiveness in alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement operations including vendor sourcing, quotation evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.
  • Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Handle procurement of IT equipment, fiber materials, and related technical items.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and best procurement practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT and fiber equipment procurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
