Job Description

• Preparing BOQs
• Monitor project, timeline, and ensure their quality control, also an expert in vendor management.
• Resolving on-site issues and conflicts.
• Site framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, and roofing with complete finishing.
• Site plan documentation knowledge.
• Monitor project budgets and track expenses.
• Communicate with project managers and architects to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain construction site documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
