Job Description:
Enter accurate customer invoices into the ERP software, ensuring correct pricing, product details, and customer information.
· Regularly check inventory levels with distributors on a weekly and monthly basis to maintain stock accuracy and availability.
· Coordinate with the sales team to support sales efforts and help drive sales growth through data analysis and communication.
· Create and present detailed reports related to sales performance, inventory, and distribution to the sales team and senior management.
· Prepare and manage distribution claims and travel expenses for the sales staff, ensuring timely submission and reimbursement.
(Must be proficient in Excel)
Qualification: Inter / Bcom/BA/BBA or relevant field.
