As a Media Manager at Keyade Middle East, you will drive client success through meticulous account management and strategic digital marketing initiatives. This role demands a results-oriented, data-driven professional with profound knowledge of the digital landscape, including significant expertise in Google, META, X (Twitter), Snapchat, and TikTok platforms.
Client Leadership and Strategic Management:
- Adopt a continual test and learn approach to all performance marketing activities, developing A/B tests and sharing results with the wider team.
- Master our internal processes.
- Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing developments.
- Ensure client satisfaction by focusing on high-quality deliverables, effective communication, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and insights across the team.
- Always think and evaluate situations from the client's perspective, consistently communicating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions and strategies.
- Build trust-based relationships, challenging the status quo to provoke client business development and implement new ideas.
- Devise and oversee cross-channel strategies focusing on performance media across paid search and social.
- Lead automation-based initiatives on platforms like Google Ads and SA360, sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
Operational Excellence and Analysis:
- Drive best-in-class campaign activation, ensuring optimization and reporting are done frequently and according to best practice documents.
- Leverage advanced data analysis capabilities to glean actionable insights, enhancing strategy and client outcomes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for in-depth performance analysis and reporting.
- Lead others to develop skills in the above areas.
Account Leadership and Quality Assurance:
- Anticipate client needs and set up processes to meet these expectations, taking full responsibility for performance best practices within assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and platforms, offering data-driven strategic advice and managing test implementations.
- Ensure client satisfaction by focusing on high-quality deliverables, effective communication, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement processes to guarantee high-quality work and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for clients, aiding the team in achieving these benchmarks.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices and insights across the team.
Strategy & Campaign Management:
- Develop and deliver a data-driven digital strategy, identifying new growth opportunities and planning approaches for social, search, video, etc.
- Take accountability for budgets and performance targets, focusing on consistently achieving clients' targets.
- Develop and manage all components of a paid performance campaign, including keyword portfolio development, creative, landing page optimization, keyword bidding, and maintaining/improving day-to-day campaign spend.
- Collaborate with Google on implementing Betas/Extensions and developing the partnership.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in planning and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google, Amazon, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and Twitter ads.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multiple accounts, with full ownership of budgets and targets.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work leading to positive client outcomes.
- Experience in identifying and solving challenges through effective leadership.
- Proven strategic and planning skills.
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, tracking, tech stack, and measurement.
