KG Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and activities appropriate for kindergarten level.
• Foster curiosity, creativity, and love for learning among children.
• Teach basic concepts in literacy, numeracy, general knowledge, arts, and motor skills.
• Create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Develop and implement classroom management strategies that ensure discipline and safety.
• Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and school management for curriculum development and events.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding student progress and concerns.
• Encourage social interaction, teamwork, and value-based learning.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and child safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori Training / Equivalent qualification.
• Previous teaching experience in KG/Pre-primary is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage children through creative teaching methods.
• Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude.
• Classroom management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written) [add other language requirements if needed].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
