An Australian-based travel agency is hiring fresh graduates (must be fluent in English) in Karachi. We offer a comprehensive training programme for selected candidates, after which successful trainees will work as Dedicated Travel Managers for the Australian market. The role will be based at our Karachi support center located in Tai Roshan Trade Center, Bahadurabad.
Job Description:
- Handling and customising customer enquiries for flights, hotels, and holiday packages worldwide via phone calls, emails, and web chat.
- Providing clients with suitable options based on their budget and preferences.
- Maintaining communication with clients before, during, and after sales to ensure quality service and encourage repeat business.
- Following up with clients regarding payments for existing bookings.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong typing abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Highly organised with an excellent work ethic.
- Ability to manage global customer interactions through phone, email, web chat.
- Age requirement: 21 to 26 (open to both males and females).
