Key Responsibilities

• Bid on Upwork and Freelancer.com for international client projects
• Write customized proposals and communicate with potential clients
• Generate leads, follow up, and assist in closing sales

Compensation & Growth Path

Probation Period (3 Months):

• Monthly Salary: PKR 20,000
• 2% Commission upon achieving a $2,000 sales target

Upon Permanent Position:

• Monthly Salary: PKR 35,000
• 2% Commission maintained on achieved sales
