Right Solution is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder with a strong background in Design Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing high-value projects on Upwork while effectively communicating with potential clients to drive business growth

Job Responsibilities

· Identify and bid on relevant Design projects on Upwork.

· Write winning proposals with a high conversion rate.

· Meet and exceed the monthly sales target of $5K to $7K.

· Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.

· Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align strategies.

· Stay updated with market trends and competitors to enhance bidding strategies.

Skills Required

· 2 to 4 years of experience in Upwork bidding & Design Sales.

· Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Strong communication & negotiation skills.

· Ability to analyze client requirements and provide tailored proposals.

· Understanding of Web Development technologies and trends.
