Responsibilities

  • Sales and revenue: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for IT hardware products.
  • Business development: Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a key point of contact to ensure satisfaction.
  • Proposals and presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation and contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
  • Market analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts to management.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical, support) to ensure seamless project delivery and customer support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or IT.
  • Proven experience in IT hardware sales, business development, and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware products, including servers and workstations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with sales strategies, market analysis, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
