Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to the developmental levels of children, including preschoolers and toddlers
  • Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning through hands-on activities
  • Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement strategies to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation
  • Support early intervention efforts by identifying developmental delays and collaborating with specialists as needed
  • Incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods into daily lessons
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, conduct assessments, and prepare reports aligned with standardized testing requirements
  • Foster open communication with parents and guardians regarding child welfare, progress, and classroom activities

Experience

  • Prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood education settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy, math, physical education, and special education needs
  • Experience with classroom management techniques that promote a positive learning environment
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management strategies, and child welfare best practices
  • Familiarity with teaching physical education, tutoring techniques, and early intervention programs
  • Proven ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities in a nurturing manner
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
