Kids Administrator / Kids Activity Coordinator/ Teacher Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, energetic, and well-organized Kids Administrator / Kids Activity Coordinator to manage and engage children of different age groups in a safe, fun, and structured environment. The role involves planning and conducting age-appropriate sensory, recreational, and creative activities, while ensuring children are well supervised, comfortable, and happy at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage children across different age groups (toddlers to young kids)
• Plan and conduct sensory activities, recreational games, creative play, and learning-based activities
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment at all times
• Maintain discipline gently while being warm, patient, and attentive
• Coordinate daily activity schedules and manage group rotations
• Keep children engaged while parents attend their sessions/programs
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to kids’ attendance and activity planning
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding child behavior, comfort, and needs
• Assist children with basic needs (snacks, rest time, emotional comfort)
• Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Background in toddler schools, preschools, daycare centers, kids parks, play zones, or playgrounds
• Certification or training in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Teaching Assistant is preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience working with children
• Strong understanding of age-appropriate activities and child behavior
