Kids Club Edutainer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Kids Club Edutainer to plan and deliver fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities for children. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and positive environment that encourages learning through play while ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of all children in the Kids Club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and conduct educational and recreational activities for children of various age groups.
• Engage children through games, arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and interactive learning sessions.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Supervise children closely and maintain discipline in a positive and respectful manner.
• Follow child safety policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in organizing themed events, birthday celebrations, and special programs.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding children’s participation and well-being.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area and equipment.
• Support outdoor activities and excursions when required.
• Report any incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a Kids Club, school, daycare, or recreational environment is preferred.
• Energetic, patient, and creative personality with a passion for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups of children in a safe and engaging manner.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and first aid (certification is an advantage).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, or related fields.
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or family entertainment environments.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
