Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while their parents participate in activities. This role requires a passion for working with children and the ability to manage various age groups effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage children in fun and educational activities.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the Kids Club area.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children.
- Assist with childcare needs, including diaper changes and feeding infants as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all toys and equipment are sanitized regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience in the Kids Club.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities, adapting activities to meet their individual requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all families.
- Create and manage the schedule
- Hire and Train Staff
Qualifications
- Proven experience in babysitting, caregiving, or childcare settings.
- Previous Leadership or Management Experience
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Experience working with students or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of daycare operations and infant care practices is a plus.
- Background in special education or related fields is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A genuine love for working with children and fostering their development.
