Kids Fitness Coach / Party Host / Camp Counselor and location manager(Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

We are a high-energy children’s fitness facility offering gymnastics, American Ninja Warrior obstacle training, camps, and unforgettable birthday parties. We are hiring at our Pacific Beach and our Encinitas locations. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, strength, and coordination—all while having a blast.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and playful team members to join our staff! This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling, perfect for individuals who enjoy working with kids in an active, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist children’s classes in gymnastics and ninja-style obstacle training
• Coach kids in a fun, safe, and encouraging way
• Supervise and engage children during camps and open gym sessions
• Host and facilitate birthday parties, ensuring a memorable experience for guests
• Set up and clean up equipment and activity areas
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members
• Maintain a safe and positive environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (coaching, teaching, babysitting, camps, etc.) preferred
• Background in gymnastics, parkour, cheer, sports, or fitness is a plus (but not required)
• Energetic, patient, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay active and on your feet for extended periods
• Must be reliable and punctual
