We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Kids Gym & Play Area Manager who can lead daily operations, motivate teams, ensure safety and quality, and deliver memorable experiences for families. The ideal candidate will have strong management experience in multi-brand or multi-branch operations within SMEs (play centers, kids’ gyms, or hospitality), with a proven ability to lead teams and drive results.
Role Overview :
The Kids Gym & Play Area Manager will oversee the daily operations of the gym, play zones, workshops, and café areas across one or more branches. This includes supervising staff, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction, and achieving financial and operational goals. The manager will also handle recruitment, training, and coordination with internal supervisors to ensure team performance and alignment with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Multi-Branch / Multi-Brand Operations Management
- Oversee smooth daily operations of assigned branches and brands under the company.
- Ensure consistency in service quality, brand standards, and safety across all locations.
- Supervise branch supervisors and key team members to ensure efficiency and accountability.
- Conduct regular branch visits to review performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
2. Recruitment, Training & Coordination
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of new staff, ensuring the right fit for each role.
- Arrange training programs to maintain service excellence, safety awareness, and operational consistency.
- Work closely with the Café Supervisor, Managing Supervisor, and Workshop Coordinator to align staffing, training, and performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and follow up on staff progress.
- Promote teamwork and a culture of learning and accountability.
3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure every child and parent has a safe, engaging, and positive experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Lead initiatives that enhance loyalty, membership renewals, and overall satisfaction.
- Create a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly environment at all times.
4. Safety, Health, and Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with MOPH regulations and company safety standards.
- Conduct daily safety checks and periodic risk assessments.
- Train staff on child supervision, hygiene, and emergency procedures.
- Report and address any incidents immediately with transparency and follow-up.
5. Financial & Sales Oversight
- Monitor daily sales and branch performance in coordination with the accountant.
- Support the CEO in achieving profitability targets.
- Implement cost-control measures and reduce wastage.
- Drive sales by promoting packages, memberships, workshops, and café products.
6. Events, Workshops, and Brand Activation
- Oversee the planning and delivery of events, birthday parties, and special programs.
- Ensure workshops and play activities align with brand values of creativity and sustainability.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns effectively.
7. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on performance, sales, and customer feedback.
- Suggest improvements to enhance quality, safety, and profitability.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop new business strategies and operational systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in kids’ gyms, family entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
- Proven experience managing multi-brand or multi-branch operations.
- Strong leadership, recruitment, and people development skills.
- Excellent understanding of training, supervision, and staff motivation.
- Good knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and customer care standards.
- Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets, costs, and sales reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, Education, or related field (preferred).
- Valid Qatari or GCC driver’s license (mandatory).
