Kids Party Host - QSR

Job Purpose:

To organize and host kids’ birthday parties and special events in the QSR, ensuring a fun, engaging, and safe environment while delivering excellent customer service and memorable experiences for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome children and families, ensuring a friendly and engaging atmosphere.
• Plan, organize, and host kids’ parties, including games, activities, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely delivery of food and party packages.
• Ensure the party area is clean, decorated, and prepared before each event.
• Manage party schedules, announcements, and group activities.
• Assist parents in customizing party themes, menus, and special requests.
• Handle kids in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring their comfort and security.
• Promote party packages and upsell additional services/products.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with QSR policies.
